After graduating in Language and Linguistics (that was looong ago, in 1967!), A.M.Sall first worked as a language teacher (French, English, Spanish) then he was posted to the Embassy of the Republic of Senegal as a Counsellor in charge of Political Affairs, Culture, Education, Information and Tourism.

He has been a professional translator since 1972, during which time he has translated literally tens of millions of words, tens of thousands of pages for hundreds of clients!
